Many migrant women face challenges when it comes to entering the labor market. From social isolation, family responsibilities, lack of understanding of the Irish job market, lack of personal support, and lack of professional networks, finding a job is not an easy task.
Our aim to close the gap between migration and employment for migrant women by providing mentoring in this welcoming hive.
