Sidra is passionate about empowering BAME people and particularly women through non-formal education and lifelong learning. She has over 12 years of working experience in campaigning, training and development, media and communications with government departments, local and international NGOs, research organizations and think tanks. Currently she is pursuing her PhD in Work and Employment Studies. She enjoys cooking and gardening in her free time.
Hakan Uysal will be facilitating the workshop.
Hakan is a software engineer with Bsc and Msc degree in Computer Science and has been working in the sector for more than 10 years. He is a video game addict, DIY hobbyist and an occacional meme creator.
Kayansel is a Barcelona based designer and illustrator who tells unique stories through intuitive lines and vivid colors. Her work is uniquely feminine and focused on woman issues, moods, and untouched corners of the psyche.
Kayansel is an artist who creates for her own brand: “Kayansel.”
Tan has a 10+ experience on data analysis and machine learning model design. He holds an Phd on applied machine learning and music analysis. He thinks he can play the guitar and regularly forces his wife to listen him and appreciate his playing.
Amy Martin is a Solicitor with A&L Goodbody’s Employment Law Group.
Amy regularly advise employers and employees on all aspects of employment law, equality law and immigration issues.
Sadia is a qualified Insurance professional with over 10 year’s experience in Life, Pensions and Investments. Originally from Scotland, she has been living in Dublin for 3 years. She enjoys hiking, coffee, cooking and baking (but mainly eating!).
Bulent Buyuksayar is a recruitment consultant and the founder of SmartStarts Consultancy which provides recruitment and hr process design services based in London. He is originally from Turkey and living in UK for 4 years now.
He has 18 years of corporate experience and worked as Customer Representative, Sales Specialist, Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Specialist. He also conducted more than 3000 job interviews and 400 assessment centres.
